The cinema and its stories
When did you start your journey to the world of acting? What was the cinema and theatre for you?
Sbrighi: “First of all, thank you Mariateresa that you are a very sweet girl. My first experience I did 4 years ago in the film “I ask asylum” by M.Ferreri with the great master Roberto Benigni. From there I always dreamed of doing this and I did so through the passion, study and tied that the dream became reality”.

Among all the characters you interpreted, What is what you have left in your heart? What characterizes it?
Sbrighi: It is always the last. Now in my heart I have the character that I will play in the film “All smooth” directed by Igor Maltagliati alongside actors like Piero Maggio, Maria Grazia Cucinotta, Ivano Marescotti, Giuseppe Giacobazzi etc.
Do you feel like a comedy or dramatic actor?
Sbrighi: An actor I think must work to prove credible, any role interpreters
“From there I always dreamed of doing this and I did so through the passion, study and gave that the dream became reality”
How much does the relationship between actor and playwright count? Is it always a harmonious collaboration or can divergences arise?
Sbrighi: One thing does not exclude the other; the important I believe is in work the humility of the two parts in being able to accept that everyone can give his own unique and original contribution respecting history
The path and ideas
What is the difference between “soap opera” and “fiction”?
Sbrighi: “Soap opera” was born in the United States as a product accessible to housewives while working the dishes (for this reason the name “soap”) without necessarily looking at the screen, therefore understandable even without looking at images. The fiction is, on the other hand, a TV film that can be developed in multiple episodes that has a different language.”
Let's talk about cinema: When the director offers you the part, do you immediately become part of the character?
Sbrighi: “I think that before “addenting” in a character, one should understand history, need, psychology, etc. is therefore a different path depending on the type of character you tell”.
“I think an actor has to work to be credible, whatever role he plays”
Is the stage exciting to the role of a film character?
Sbrighi: They're both exciting.
How did the world of cinema evolve during its excursus?
Sbrighi: The world of cinema has evolved as society and the way of communicating have evolved. Basically, the ability to arouse emotions and emotions never change
Inspirations and references
What are the models you've inspired to become a great actor? What is the soundtrack of your professional personal journey?
Sbrighi: Life, experiences the people known during the route are all information that influence our sensitivity. There is no soundtrack in particular, but many genres depending on the moments and periods of life
Who would you like to thank for your professional personal journey? What will your future projects be?
Sbrighi: I would like to thank my mother for giving me her sensitivity and partly giving me her infinite goodness, my teacher Francesca de Sapio for enlightening me artistically for drawing me a path and my daughter Sole for turning the boy I was in the man who I am and for having access to the desire to make me dream endlessly.
I conclude this interview by mentioning an answer given to our actor: ” I believe that before entering into a character, you should better know the experiences, the story, the psychology of the character you want to interpret. It is therefore a different path depending on the type of character that is told”.
I want to add to this answer that the actor or mask or character in the world of cinema, theatre, fiction and soap opera is the engine of the world of acting that, through the various techniques of voice, posture, pantomima and all those theatrical techniques, has transformed the artistic world into a true sublime reality.
