Dear readers,

Have you ever observed that linguistic sounds are different from other sounds we listen to? The sounds that humans use to communicate to speak are different from any other sound in the world. Languages are distinguished from each other as to the sounds they use to communicate meanings. For example, there are languages that have five vowels, such as Spanish, and languages that have more than one such as Dutch, French English, or languages that make use of tones to differentiate words, such as Japanese or Chinese. Moreover, the relationship between sound and meaning is unjustifiable, on the contrary, if this bond is regular, we will all speak the same language.

Can we ask what characterizing language sounds? 1) FONETICA -> science that deals with the nature of linguistic sounds, called in technical terms, phons (minimum units that caraterize a sound made in a certain circumstance by a certain speaker, both the class of concrete sounds that share the same articulatory characters). The whole of the phonies give life to the phonemes (second articulatory unit of the sound). 2) FONOLOGY -> science that deals with the way linguisitic sounds are adopted to a precise grammatical system. These are the two fundamental aspects to understand the signals we emit when we speak and therefore also those we receive when talking others.

In order to understand the articulation of sounds, we must start from the FONATORIO OPPARATE, that is, the aggregate of organs and anatomical structures man, through the VOCE (a fundamental instrument of phonetics), uses to speak.

Why did I do this important premise? Because the “VOICE ART DUBBING-SCUOLA DI DOPPIAGGIO ROMA-NAPOLI-BARI-CATANIA” ( awarded to the national contest Premio Tonino Acolla, as Best School of Dubbing from 2015 to 2018) and thanks to the teaching of the dubbing and famous masters of dubbing ( Carlo Valli, Chiara Colizzi, Bruno Armando, Emanuela Rossi, Vincenzo Failla and others) really sublime way.

The Voice Art Dubbing is a real academy of dubbing because it gives everyone the chance to become an actor of himself; that is, being a dubbing does not mean giving voice to those who are acting in a film of a film, but it means being an actor of himself; that is, entering the psychology of the character to be voiced and, also, transmitting his emotions.

I am pleased to enter this year in this beautiful school and academy because I immediately felt the passion to do something that is useful to all.

Yay, Voice Art Dubbing!
