Farewell Master

Dear readers,

“I created my characters because they are placed in the time.” I believe that the master Camilleri has set up on this definition of his characters of the “Committee Montalbano” and his books in a sublime way. He managed to tell the story about Sicily today and the past in a unique and simple way. He left slowly at only 93 years leaving the scene saying that the “words are spoken in the dark”, that darkness that brought him to his caesity, that disease that had no weight and that he said that ” he sees the world beyond colors”. We're all saddened, but I'm just saying one thing, there's never gonna be another Camilleri in world culture and history.
