Farewell to the master of pearls of wisdom: farewell to Franco Battiato
Who is dedicated to
Franco Battiato
- Ambito
- Songwriter and composer
Dear readers,
Today is a day I don't want to think. On a wonderful day, in mid-May, the flight of the great master of the song of the author is marked out in heaven. We will remember his unforgettable stanzas ( “Cerco center of a permanent gravity that does not make me change my mind about the things of people I would need..” / ” You are a special being and I will take care of you”/ “Sventola on the white flag bridge”), we will remember his “women artists”, some of them will find them today in the peaks of Paradise (Milva and Juni Russo), we will remember his beloved books, wisdom.
The great Ennio Morricone, at the night of the Oscars said “There is no good film if there is no good soundtrack”. Well and I, with great pain and sadness, say ” There is no beautiful song of author if there has never been the supreme master of Franco Battiato”
Thank you very much master.
In the top of the heavens continues to direct your immense art.
